Cherry Creek West is a multi-phase development located just west of the Cherry Creek Shopping District. Phase 1 includes civil, utility, vertical, and public realm work on seven acres at the east section of the site. Mortenson | Saunders will focus on maintaining access and minimizing disruption to surrounding businesses, residents, and trail users.
