We value strong relationships, local expertise, and a culture of accountability — and are committed to helping our partners succeed from preconstruction through closeout.
Prequalification Requirements
To ensure safe, on-time and high-quality project delivery, all trade partners must complete the prequalification process prior to being invited to bid.
To submit an online vendor registration, fill out and submit the Vendor Interest Form. Once you have been accepted to bid, you will be notified through Building Connected.
Bid Opportunities & Procurement Contacts
We welcome qualified trade partners to bid on upcoming packages throughout the duration of the project. Bid events will be posted regularly with scope details, submittal requirements, and due dates.

Safety Requirements
Our first priority is the safety of all workers and the surrounding community. All contractors are expected to adhere to the MSJV Safety Program and project-specific requirements.
