Construction Update | September 2026

Construction at Cherry Creek West is moving forward, with several important site preparation activities near completion. Building demolition will be complete over the next month, representing a major milestone in preparing the site for future development.

Upcoming Construction Activities

Over the coming months, construction efforts will shift toward critical infrastructure and site development work, including:

• Sewer line installation to support future utilities and site services beginning in October 2026.

• Garage excavation activities to prepare for below-grade construction beginning in Winter 2026.

These activities are anticipated to take place through the end of the year and will help establish the foundation for the next phase of the Cherry Creek West project.
